CwType

CwType - a terminal program for CW, is distributed as freeware.
CW manipulation can be realised both from the keyboard and from the paddle connected to a joystick port (or to LPT, COM ...). When working with the paddle iambic mode is provided as well as the memory of the mark.

Tranceiver management (recept - transmission and manipulation) is produced through one of the serial, parallel or USB ports.

The program can run under Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP/Vista.

Above is the list of modes supported by CwType.

CwType will start depending on what you choose in the frame Start:

with the AALog launching;
when specifying mode from the list in the window New QSO (manually or when you receive a signal from the transceiver via a computer interface);
the program will be run manually by the user.

Below - you can select PTT settings, port management and manipulation. Here you can set the values used in the setting of the program module, or select a value from the drop-down list.

In the bottom half of the window is a list of keys and their assigned macros. Esc and 12 function keys F1-F12 in combination with Ctrl and Alt allow to record 37 macros that is enough for any occasion.
